Philo is full of commercials. 10 minutes of a half-hour show and 20 minutes of commercials! I'd give it 0 stars, but you have to give a star!

I accidentally downloaded Philo trying to download a movie when I realize that I hit the wrong button. I canceled the subscription that day that like 10 minutes after I did so and I deleted the app therefore I am charged $29.88 for something I dont even use, I dont even know whats on the app I dont know any of those things because I deleted it as soon as I realize that I downloaded the wrong app and canceled it. I would like a full refund because I never use your service.

You billed me for service I don’t use and I would like my money back
I was trying to download a movie in the process of me downloading the movie. I thought I downloaded Philo app as soon as I realize that it was the wrong app.
I canceled that same day like minutes afterwards then I get billed for an app that I dont even have canceled and deleted the app and I was charged
$29.88 for something I never watched.
I dont think that that is fair and it went through my Apple device so Apple allowed it to go through to my account because Philo pushed the payment through not cool. I would really like a refund because I do not use your app or never have, I dont know what type of procedures you go through but if you look through, I never watched anything

You billed my account for a service I never even used. It was the wrong app and I cancelled it the same day.
I never used it and I also deleted the app. I would like a refund because I'm not using the services.

I was charged twice and had proof, yet they refused to give me a refund. Therefore, I was charged $60 for two subscriptions. Why did I need two subscriptions of the same thing?

On Sunday, May 26, 2024 stopped working on my tv. I tried to log in on through the Philo introduction page showed up on my screen.
The page read Start your Free Trial on Signin. I clicked Signin since I have had an account with Philo for several years. The signin showed my email address but when I clicked that selection I got an error message that my email was not found in your system. When I tried to signin with the phone number the screen showed an old phone number.
I could not input my new number. At that point I checked the status of my payment at ROKU because that is where my payment is processed. Via Roku, I updated my payment card information. On their system it says that my next Philo payment is set for June 26, 2024 but Philo is still not working on my TV.
Earlier today I checked my card account and it shows that Philo payment ($21.19)was paid on May 27, 2024. However Philo is still not working on my tv today. Also, a few minutes ago I spoke with an accounts rep.
with ROKU and they suggested that after troubleshooting my account, that I needed to contact Philo to see if the app can be restarted on my tv. Please inform how Philo can be restarted on my tv.

User's recommendation: Good afternoon Pissed Consumer: So far I have not heard anything from Philo. So, I will let the customers decide from the details of my circumstances, if they should choose Philo or another company to stream from. I enjoyed the service more than many other streaming services and told my friends to give Philo a try instead of others they mentioned. Sadly, if this is not handled were my money is not returned with a good explanation for the way that my support of their service for nearly 7 years has been handled.
